Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available through our online checkout.
Shipping costs
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders with a product subtotal of $50 USD or more. For orders below $50 USD, standard shipping is $5.00 per order. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your shipping charge and final order total before paying.
Production & delivery
Allow 4–6 business days for pouring, curing, and hand finishing before shipment. U.S. transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 7–11 business days from order to delivery.
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays may affect arrival. If you need a piece for a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Questions about your delivery?
Email sales@tidepour.com with your order number for help with a delayed shipment or an address correction. We aim to reply within two business days. Address changes may not be possible once an order ships.
