We collect information you send when you contact us. Stripe collects the contact, shipping, and payment information needed to process an order; TidePour does not receive or store your full card details.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about site visits, interactions, campaign links, and completed purchases. This helps us understand how people find and use the site; we do not send Google full payment card details.

Who processes information
Stripe hosts checkout and processes order and payment information. Cloudflare hosts and secures this website. Google provides website analytics. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and legal obligations. We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain necessary records.
